Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within a specified period, which is determined by each individual seller on Diving.Shopping. This period is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Given the specialized nature of diving equipment, there are items that cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Life-saving gear that has been used
  • Opened software or electronic data products
  • Undergarments or swimwear that have been worn
  • Consumables like batteries or gas mixes

Each seller’s product page will provide detailed information on non-returnable items. Please review these details before making a purchase decision.

Return Process

Before sending an item back, you must obtain authorization from the seller through your Diving.Shopping account. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The seller will provide instructions on how to return your purchase. Compliance with these instructions is necessary to ensure a smooth return process and proper handling of your item.

Restocking Fee

Sellers reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, especially for high-value items or bulk orders. This fee compensates for the inspection, testing, and repackaging of returned goods and will be clearly communicated in the seller’s return policy.



For the quickest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item simultaneously. Each seller’s exchange policy will specify if direct exchanges are available.

Return Window

The return window for items purchased from Diving.Shopping begins on the delivery date and lasts for the number of days specified by the seller’s policy. Late returns outside of this window may not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact the Seller: Begin by logging into your Diving.Shopping account. Locate the order in your purchase history and use the contact option to reach out to the seller. Clearly state your intent to return the item, and provide any relevant details such as the order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions: The seller will respond with specific return instructions. This may include the shipping address, any necessary return authorization forms, and specific packaging instructions to ensure the item’s safe return.

  3. Prepare the Item: Package the item carefully to avoid any damage during transit. Include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories or freebies that came with the item. If the item was shipped in multiple boxes or parts, ensure all components are returned.

  4. Complete Required Documentation: Fill out any required return forms provided by the seller. This may include a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form or a detailed return slip. Accuracy in filling out these forms is crucial to facilitate a smooth return process.



Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, they will send you a notification of receipt. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with their return policy.

Processing Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

As previously mentioned, certain items are non-refundable. If such items are returned, the seller will notify you that no refund can be processed for these items.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you might receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact the seller directly.
