  1. Via the Product Page: If the violation is related to a specific product, use the ‘Report Abuse’ feature available on each product page. This will directly flag the product for our review.

  2. Through the Seller’s Profile: For violations concerning a specific seller, go to the seller’s profile page and click on the ‘Report Seller’ button. This will alert us to potential issues with the seller.

  3. Contacting Customer Support: For violations that do not fall into the above categories or require immediate attention, please contact our customer support. Provide detailed information about the incident, including any relevant order numbers, user IDs, and a description of the issue.


Processing Reports

  1. Review Process: Our team will review each report thoroughly and impartially. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

  2. Action on Violations: If a violation is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include warnings to the offending user, removal of content, suspension of accounts, or reporting to relevant authorities.
